A pesar de los cambios en el tiempo del delivery siempre estuvieron informando, llame por telefono hable con Samanta (espero sea su verdadero nombre) y realmente el trato es muy profecional y valio la espera , Yo entiendo que hacer un delivery en Miami es mortal por la cogestion

Son muy delicados a su trabajo. Pero deben revisar todo lo relacionado con los chóferes pará evitar digustos y emigración a otras compañías. Felicito el buen trabajo y dedicación de Javier .

Worst shipping company i have ever worked with. They have our shipment in Miami we are located in Bonita springs about a 2 hour drive and have rescheduled our delivery 3 times now. Their excuse was "We didnt have enough room on the truck....." Yeah well i paid to have my goods delivered by you. We secheduled a time. I have extra workers here to unload that i am paying. And they call and cancel the delivery. So now i am paying extra workers to be here for now reason and we are losing money. Terrible company and terrible service.

Edit they called back after i left this review and just somehow found a driver that the vice president of the company had to call to come into work to deliver for us..... Lol updated 1 star to 2.

This company is extremely disappointing. Let us down MULTIPLE times. They partner with bigger carriers and they OFTEN drop the ball. Late, don't pick up, have weird excuses. Very upsetting when companies are depending on them.

Give up hope on receiving packages on time. Do yourself a favor go to odfl instead. Cheaper rates and much better service
