I needed a power washer to deep clean our back patio and my husband recommended Superior Cleaning as he has always had a great experience here. I had to write this review because I was so impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in the office I felt welcomed. I was greeted by a really nice guy who directed me through the building to where I needed to go and was met by more really nice and helpful employees. I wish I knew all of their names to mention here but you could just tell by everyone's demeanor that they really liked their jobs and it just felt good to be there. Not to mention the offices and warehouse were very nice and clean ?.
Whatever your cleaning needs are, I highly recommend Superior Cleaning!

I needed some repair parts for two Karcher pressure washers and I am glad I found a local shop to get them from without having to pay outrageous shipping fees. I was able to order what I needed over the phone, and even for parts not already in the system, SCE ordered them for me, and I got a follow-up call about a week later saying my parts were ready for pick up. Even though they were small orders, I felt treated as an important customer. Big thank you to Ralph and Kyle for helping me! Recommended!

SOME COMPANY'S CHOOSE TO REPAIR THERE OWN EQUIPMENT OR USE OTHER SOURCES, I'VE FOUND THAT WE HAVE SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BY UTILIZING GREG'S PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED SERVICE TECHNICIANS, THERE FAST, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE AND THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. I brought in my old hot pressure washer for repair but it was more expensive to repair than it was worth. Our salesman, Shane, took the time to explain the situation and the options. Since I'm a small time operator I couldn't afford a crazy fancy machine so he worked great with us to find us a machine that fit our needs as well as our budget. In the end I am back up and running and I didn't break the bank, but even more importantly, the customer service even after the sale has been great. Good communication and support and advice. Thanks for your diligence in service, Shane! Highly recommended.
