The technician who came to my home this time was the most thorough we've ever had to date. I've had contracts with Terminix in the past. They always guarantee their work, and they've always done a great job. The fact that they've always worked at improving and doing the best job possible is quite commendable in this economy, and speaks volumes about the quality and value you receive when you enter into a contract with them. It's because of this that I have, and will continue to gladly recommend their work to anyone.

The technicians that have come to my home have always been more than helpful. They could always answer my questions. It’s nice to know the technician is knowledgeable about the work they’re doing. It gives me comfort and makes me feel as if I’m in good hands. I have always had prompt service! A technician is usually sent within a couple days which is great! Considering the type of company it is you want to make sure you can get the problem taken care of as soon as possible. The techs I have interacted with left their phone number and said I can call or message if I have questions. I messaged my quarterly tech and he got back to me right away and was super helpful. I’m very happy to have a good experience with the company being a first time homebuyer.
