Called early in the morning about my car they told me bring it right in I did 1 hr later my car was good to go and the bill was very very reasonable. Iwas so scared it was going to be more. They were friendly and did a great job

I went here about a week ago with a flat tire. My first time being there and I had my son with me. They were very attentive and respectful, awesome customer service! They checked my tire and couldn't find where the leak was coming from but they fixed it somehow lol. I wasn't charged a penny! Awesome place! Definitely recommend them! Will definitely be back when needed.

What a great experience. I feel spoiled. I have a volkeswagon eurovan and a tire blew which I replaced with a spare. I called in the morning and they told me to come at 2. I dropped the car off and went to the park for an hour and they checked all my other tires, changed the hub cap on my spare and gave me a used tire because they didn't have a new one I could buy and I would be out of town by the time they ordered one. They put the used tire back in the compartment under the car and I'm driving away without cost! Best service ever! Also the park was a really nice place to relax under a tree and read.

They patched my flat tire in about 45min in the morning of July 5th. Very good service. They’re supposed to be open at 7:30, but we waited until around 8 and they were open.

Yesterday, I clipped right rear tire on a curb and heard hissing sounds. I was in Exeter, but I live in Visalia. I didn't want to drive my truck to Visalia with most likely sidewall damage and a high chance of blowing out on my way. My sister lives in Exeter as of 2 1/2 yrs now, and my google Maps was trying to send me to Visalia, but I called my sister, and she told me how to get here! Andrew in the office was totally awesome. I had my 2 Australian Shepherds with me and had to bring them to the front desk and was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was, even the other customers. Had to have my spare put on, and they did this for me! I'm a disabled retired RN and couldn't have been able to put it on myself. When I got to my sister's after, she said that our insurance State Farm would have sent someone to her house to change out for spare. I really appreciated Andrew because he was awesome explaining everything to me and even said their tire prices would beat anyone else's so I asked him to look up info for 2 new tires and I'll look into finishing this dumb mistake. I'll see about going ahead and finishing this out with buying 2 new (around $300 each) tires, and when ordered, they'd have the next day.
With the prices astronomical with inflation and with my disability income living paycheck to paycheck and not always able to pay everything and consistently " robbing Peter to pay Paul" (old saying) anyway a big bill cost like $600 to replace the damaged tire and a second because it's not good to have the other tire with more wear on it and have a new one. In any event, I just want it known to be a customer service like Andrew Nursery gave me. I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely appreciated! He deserves to be acknowledged not only in hopefully he'll get to read this, have it applied to his employee file and acknowledgement from you his employer that because of his work ethics gained a life long customer now! I'll drive from Visalia to Exeter to get this customer service! Andrew is a huge asset to your company, and he is very much appreciated by this customer!

Shout out to the TF Tires team here in exeter, you won’t find better customer service anywhere else. They had a load of vehicles today and mine was one of them. I brought my vehicle in at 8 for a tire repair but due to a system change and the employees getting used to the new system it had been forgotten. Now even with that happening I still can’t thank them enough, someone stole my spare tire just yesterday and I needed it so I could bring in my damaged tire another day when I had money. But was forced to bring it in sooner, they did the repair for free due to the delay and showed how much they care for their customers. No matter , delay or no delay these guys will always take care of you and your vehicle with utmost respect and professionalism and that means more to me than one can imagine. So to the TF Tire team in exeter, thank you 🙏 you guys have always been amazing and I appreciate it. You guys have my respect and gratitude🤙
