Excellent realtors. I dealt with them during my latest buy in Tennessee. Specifically with Elijah Wilson. He went overboard to help me and guide me in every step I was supposed to follow. He was patient clarifying all the doubts I had. He was excellent in reminding me deadlines, giving me phones numbers to establish the water and light services. I was referred to this place by a family member who assisted in helping us buy a home. After I got out of the military, I wanted to purchase my a new home. Colin's assistant Caleb Dunford, was my relator. Mr. Dunford has the epotime of professionalism I seen in a relator. He has helped tremendously throughout this proccess that was new to me. He made every effort to make sure I closed out on a house and was even willing to drop his commission to make sure I got the house I wanted. He is very persistent and always keeps you updated on information about the house you're wanting. Keller Williams has to be the best realtor company I ever came across and I highly recommend reaching out to Caleb Dunford as your relator.

I had called Keller Williams to talk to a realtor that someone had recommended.
But we didn't end up talking with that realtor and instead we were directed to Caleb Dunford and we were so happy to work with him!!
We hit it off immediately with Caleb. He was knowledgeable about the market and the area, which was a huge help as we are new to the area. He took the time to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. He worked with our schedule and we were able to coordinate showings with our visits...we were making trips to Tennessee from our home in Florida.
Caleb and my husband are both prior service and shared experiences added another element to the relationship.
He continued to help with our land purchase all the way to the end. He is also going to help us find services we need on the property.
We hope to continue the friendship.
And I have already mentioned him to friends we have in Florida and Minnesota that are looking for a change!
