The apartment is exactly what it is detailed as, luxurious. I rented a two bd two bath, and was extremely happy with my stay at the Reserves. The property is beautiful and clean. The pool and weight room gave me an opportunity to save money and cancel other memberships. The community is quiet and calm. The management is super helpful and graceful. Sherry James is very accommodating and understanding. Whenever there was any issues, management responded swiftly. The best part of being at the reserves was the engagement with the community. Management provided many opportunities for us to meet with our neighbors. They hosted meet and greets, small gathering, and just being welcoming 24/7. Even if it was just giving the kids cookies after school while walking home from the bus. It was truly a pleasure residing at the Reserves of Tontitown. Thank you Sherry, & team for making my stay welcoming and enjoyable. Definitely recommend ✅

Loved living here! We lived in 3 different units here over the course of 2 and a half years and only moved out to get closer to family. Highly recommend. The customer service and care from the management team is top notch. The maintenance team works their butts off to not only keep everything running but also keep the exterior clean. We never saw dog poop or trash ever left out. Any help we needed was provided within a day or two. We upgraded units twice from a 2 to 3 bedroom then a 3 bedroom to a duplex and every time was smooth and stress free. Huge shoutout to Manager Sherry, Leasing Kiera, Maintenance Tyrone, and Cleaning Bailee. Y’all make this property a beautiful and wonderful place to call home!

Went in to get a tour of the apartments and Sarah was amazing. She explained everything really well and was helpful during our time touring the apartments.

EDIT: Been living here for a couple of months and wanted to update. The apartments are nice and can be kept clean. Vinyl floors are easy to clean. All appliances are Frigidaire.

There have been places where bugs have gotten in, but the complex pays for bug spraying when they have a bug sprayer come.

Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix. I put in a request early in the morning and got a response that it was fixed while I was at work that day. The dog park is cute to drive by to see all the animals.

Very happy here!

EDIT #2: if you live on the bottom floor or middle, you will probably hear the people above you walking. Floors seem a little thin. That's the only gripe that I have

Living at The Reserve has been the best apartment experience I have ever personally had. The management team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as always welcome to questions. I’ve worked with Sherry and Taylor trying to find my best fit over the year I’ve lived here and both were extremely helpful during my moving processes. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, respectful, and quick to help out when needed. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful and the common amenities are always extremely clean and well maintained. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Kira was such a sweet tour guide! Very personable and helpful!! I am not certain our timeline will line up to live here, but she was definitely a great leasing agent to meet and I could see working with her would make the process very smooth. I wish that their system let them have more advanced notice for unit availability, but that is also just part of needing a 30 day notice from renters! Anyway. Kira’s leasing skills -5 star.

I lived at the Reserve at Tontitown for a year in one of the duplexes, and had a wonderful experience! The team here is always very responsive if anything if ever wrong, and they go above and beyond fostering a fun community. They regularly schedule fun resident contests, social nights, and other events to get to know others. Sherry in particular was wonderful from the moment I was interested in living there, until the day I moved out. She cares about making sure the resident experience is one where you feel included in the community! The unit I lived in itself was very nice, and I was a huge fan of the kitchen.

The facility maintenance crew is top notch. Always taking care of the needs of the tenants with kind consideration and positivity. I’ve never rented before so I was nervous, but I am so blessed to have found The Reserve of Tontitown. What a wonderful place to live!

This has been the best apartment experience I've ever had. We needed the space temporarily while we were building a house, and the flexibility they offered was perfect. Taylor in the front office was very easy to work with and made sure we were well prepared to move in. The grounds are always clean and tidy and everything looks very nice. It's super easy to submit maintenance requests and they have always been very speedy in getting those requests fulfilled. I would certainly suggest this place to all my family and friends!
