After a great experience getting my tires put on at the Bangor location, came here for a 4-wheel alignment since Bangor’s rack is broken.

Showed up at my 9am appointment to the manager already swamped with customers. Once he got through that he informed me that his alignment guy hadn’t shown up but he could do it himself if he could get a second.

He pulled my car in and the alignment guy showed up, I’d planned to wait but a friend was nearby so we went for a cruise. 20 minutes later they pulled my car out, went in to pay. Manager had never done a Groupon voucher before, couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help. Finally he just took down the info and told me he would figure it out, I’d waited long enough.

5 stars for the manager

Unsure on the alignment yet, it goes straight and he got the steering wheel straight, the rest remains to be seen. I’m not formally trained in 4-wheel alignments but after rebuilding my entire suspension and adding a 1.5” lift I expected the camber to be much further out than it was.

Rear right was supposedly way out in every direction but had not abnormally-worn the last tires in the slightest, might try another location if they offer free checks.

Only company to touch my ties and lost my key lock. Alternative now is 100 dollar break fee at the dealer and then a 300 dollar replacement lug set. Bought premium tires for my Volvo now another bill. Good people but 0 accountability

My vehicle failed inspection. I needed tires, breaks and a passenger right side sway bar spring. Tires were down one day, took about 6 hours of memory serves. Had to go back at a later date for the breaks and springs. When doing the breaks and 2 springs, I was there 2 hours after closing as I couldn’t leave the vehicle since it’s my only transportation and I worked in the morning. They were visibly agitated that I couldn’t leave it, and they became much more aggressive with my vehicle than they previously had been. At check in, I had asked them to change out the driver’s side sway bar spring at the same time since they tend to go together. I had to go back as my rear driver’s side breaks were squealing and I was getting a knocking in the front driver’s side. These sounds were evident prior to leaving the business, but at check out, I had been told noise is normal while the breaks break in. I originally had knocking on the passenger side, which I had been told elsewhere that it was the sway bar spring. I had no issues with the driver’s side. They came back to me and said they forgot to lube the springs. Before leaving the lot again, the noise was still occurring. I did not return at the time as I assumed I would be told it takes time for the lube to make its way through the moving parts. A few weeks had passed and the knocking was becoming concerning. I was beginning to feel it in the floor board. The first chance I got between work and other appointments, and when I felt up to having to be there all day as with the previous times, I called to bring it back in. We took a short drive around to the next street where they immediately decided it was my tie rod. I didn’t go there with a broken tie rod, but I apparently left with one. When I asked how this happened, I was told, “the roads, Maine roads are terrible.” To which I responded that it was not the roads since I came in with 3 distinct repair orders, no driver side issues besides the breaks and tire, and that the issues were occurring prior to leaving the lot, therefore, unless it happened between leaving the parking spot and approaching the edge of the parking lot, it was not the roads. I didn't appreciate being treated like a fool because they didn’t want to take ownership of the damage they caused. Replacing it free of charge but blaming the roads, is not taking ownership. I am paying a substantial amount on credit for a repair job that ended with damage. I also have a missing lug nut cap which was there prior to my break job, but when I pointed it out, I was told they often fall off in the road. It did not fall off in the road somewhere. It was there when I parked, it should have been there when I left. I can’t even account for the time I had been there just for tires to be changed, and then I had to go back another day for the breaks and sway bar springs to be changed. I had been there since 10 that morning, and till 9 that night! And then I had to go back for the knocking, and then I had to go back again for them to find it was the tie rod. But they had to order it, so I had to go back the next day again. Oh, and when I asked the mechanic if my car was safe to drive with a broken tie rod, I was told “perfectly safe”. Even I knew that was a lie. Tie rod lets go, you lose full control of your vehicle.

Perfect! Instant service. Ijust had new
tires put on my truck at another garage
and felt that with such an expensive
purchase, I should make sure that my
alignment is checked. I called the place
that put my tires on for an appointment to
check my alignment, and their next
opening was 3 weeks out. I stopped into
Tire Warehouse in Brewer, Maine, where
the service tech said he could check my
alignment it right then. The alignment was
out, and he said that he could do the
alignment right then and there. Amazing
service, and I didn't have to wait 3 weeks

Not sure if the mechanics are lazy or uneducated. Bought four brand new tires from them and asked them to install and align them. After 6 hours of waiting for my car, I was told they could only do a two wheel instead of a four wheel because of the control arm bolts (Which are brand new this month from the DEALERSHIP) were the wrong ones. I paid for a 2 wheel alignment for $100 in a an all wheel drive vehicle. Will not be back. I will stick to small name mechanic/tire shops from now on. Edited; Went 5 days later to twin city tire and had no issues getting my car aligned, and was told the front end alignment was never done. Shady business.

10/10 highly recommend! We blew a tire about 60 miles away and while riding on the donut, called the shop and they said they could help and checked to make sure they had the tires in stock. We go there ~1hr before closing time and they were fast and helpful. Great price too, thanks again!
