The worst purchase experience I’ve had, and with a ridiculous simple item like a necklace. I bought my boyfriend a pearl necklace, to resize it to his size they offered me a true sizing with “pearls” so the necklace won’t lose its integrity, design and quality, it took over 3 months for sizing, and not with pearls but the added length was done with simple chain and what it’s worth and payed for to be honest that made it look cheap, there’s no customer service whatsoever there was no logic explanation or no process or someone that could answer my doubts, they lied that they send the necklace to Miami after 5 weeks of waiting they told me now it had to get send to “Spain” which I highly doubt, because they could only obtain those types of pearls in Spain. After another 7 weeks I get a picture of the necklace that it’s ready for pick up with the added chain no pearls. Lousy work, lousy customer service, lousy product.

My sister and I went to the store on Wednesday, September 25th because she wanted to exchange the ring she bought the day before, but by accident she brought her purchase receipt, not the authenticity one, and she brought mine, but the way they treated us at the store was very bad, they were not interested in solving the problem. We went to the Tous store in Plaza Bonita and we have always had good treatment there. It is not the first time that Tous stores in Fashion Valley have treated us like this.

Terrible manager! Did not accept to make an exchange after coming from a completely different state given there is not one where we live and even after showing an email from the Tous company itself saying we could go to any store to make an exchange as long as we had a receipt and the authenticity receipt. Yes, we were past our exchange window but not by much time and again, if you live in a different state then what are you supposed to do? Anyway, I’ve been to many Tous stores and never experienced service like this, especially from a manager.
