Update to My Previous Review:

After four years of living at Town Center Villa, I’m pleased to say that the quality of life here has remained at a consistently high standard—we couldn't be happier. The location is incredibly convenient, with all the amenities you might need nearby. Major brands like Starbucks, Chipotle, Target, 99 Cents, and Lowe's are just a five-minute drive away, and some are even within walking distance.

The property itself is meticulously maintained by the hardworking staff. Everything is always clean, the gardens are well-tended, and the pool and surrounding amenities are kept in pristine condition. The small gym is also practical for basic workouts.

The staff here is exceptional. From management and the main office staff to the maintenance crew, everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. Any time we’ve needed assistance, our needs have been promptly and professionally addressed.

We couldn’t recommend Town Center Villa more highly!

I’am not one to leave reviews, let alone a negative one (no one is perfect). But my latest interaction with Property Manager, Carolina Villavicencio has left me feeling obligated to. I’ll start by saying that in my almost 2 years living here, the apartments were nice and the maintenance crew was outstanding, 10/10 for them. But the Manager is sub par to say the least, she is defensive and combative in her communication, it’s almost impressive how poorly she communicates. I wish I had only one bad interaction with her. But I didn’t, I feel that every interaction I had with her was far from enjoyable. Or even remotely productive at handling/tackling the issues at hand. It’s almost like she tried to NOT resolve or make situations easier (if only you could listen to the recorded conversations we had). If you rent here, avoid her at all cost ( which won’t be hard, since she is almost impossible to get ahold of) I’m not the first and I’m sure I won’t be the last to have a negative experience with her. If this place cares at all about its renters experience they would reprimand her or simply replace her. For whatever it’s worth, this was my personal experience.

Maintenance team is on point! You put a work order in, and if it's not fixed the same day, they'll be there the next day to fix it. Very professional, courteous, and responsive maintenance team. I've had no problems with management, and have seen the management team enforce rules that were being blatantly broken by other tenants. It can't be easy to get inconsiderate adults to follow the rules everyone else is following, so I'm grateful for the management team's efforts to enforce the rules. It's safe, quiet, clean, and well maintained.

I came to visit this apartment complex sometime in the last quarter of 2018. I admit the property manager Carolina there was very accommodating, answered all my questions, and showed me the unit without rushing me during my inspection. She also let me see the garage and the parking setup for the complex.
I move in within 15 days after I did my walk through with the manager and It has been great! Carolina is very helpful when I need her. When I talked to her about any issue, she always responds very quickly and someone usually can come to help me the same day.
Great location and helpful building staff with perfect proximity to Target and many other stores. It is Quiet building with professionals and students in a very secure location as is a gated community with security surveillance 24/7. The layout of the buildings reduces traffic and noise from the surrounding areas.
Thanks to the property manager Carolina I have had an incredibly positive experience so far at this building. The building was incredibly accommodating with my move-in date, and my maintenance requests have always been completed the same day or a day later. I absolutely recommend living here; you'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier and more accommodating management staff.

This is a place I called a home. Town center villa is a beautiful place and Great manager. I have been here for 9 months now with no problems. And anytime I have issue, I call or email the apartment manager, before I turn my back they are here to fix the issue. The manager is very friendly and good heart. I'm not just talking. I know what I'm saying, see with your eyes is believing. Living in Town center villa is "WOW ".
