I had an unexpected residential move, the same week as moving our company office, and this whole team was awesome helping me with all of the issues that arose. From getting a trailer(s) to temp storage, ease of access, move in / move out, etc. I'd like to thank "The Andrews" who I interacted with most, and the big boss with the beard was also great when I had run into a problem with a trailer drop at a location that would have wasted an hour of my time. The mobile app was easier to use than the website, so it's worth downloading.

I got a trailer hitch installed today, and it works great. Customer service was good. The only negative is the kind of sloppy cutting work.

The van was extremely filthy on the outside. Looked like it had not been washed for weeks.
After the third day up I had it I needed to move passenger seat forward yet I found two large empty behind the seat. This is horrible and proved that nobody cleaned this van.
To top it off there’s no front license plate attached to the van. I could have gotten pulled over and could have been in huge plomem if police noticed the empty beer cans that your employees left.
Again , you charged me more then $300; to rent an extremely filthy van and with empty beer cans behind passenger seat.
THIS IS WAS HORRIBLE

Super unprofessional they took my acces away after just having my unit for three days my rent was covered for the whole entire month they denied me access for no reason at all just because they wanted and feel like it cause they couldn’t give me a legitimate reason of why was I denied acces really desapointed with the way they treat people there I don’t recommend this place at all

Quick service, called them,got a quote, they set us up. They even sent a link with pictures of the rental and it's condition. Took it back, a staff member greeted us outside told us where to park it. Signed it of and we were on our way. No frills, no hidden fees, just quick service!

My sons move plans to Texas just fell apart. Trailer hitch installation would not work, so manager went out of is way to get us a box truck to help us keep plan moving forward. Thank you Edward T. for going that extra distance that you do not see in many people these days.

NEGATIVE Stars if I could.
PSA - Gilbert is R U D E AF. Marco said using the dumpster was free, Gilbert decided he needed to charge us $55, but then the receipt came and he charged us $100 ‘cleaning fee’ and stated in front of myself and another person with me, and Andrew another U-Haul worker, stated $55 before we used it, then Gilbert said he never quoted $55. He thought $100 was more fair AFTER he took a picture of me in the truck (without my permission mind you).
Gilbert then chose to ‘clean’ the vehicle for 20 minutes during check out process instead of checking the mileage and gas.
Then Gilbert became irate with me when I contested the $100 cleaning fee.
I called the manager, who had to drive here to deal with this. At this point I’ve been here one hour and 15 minutes.
The manager had to come to the shop, had a phone call with Gilbert on the way, then he came at me rude until he heard my side of the story, he then wanted to speak with his crew alone, and even asked me to leave the store so they could ‘figure it out’. This was after Gilbert started yelling me again, even when the manager was there was his manager had to tell him to stop.
Long story short, the manager is refunding me $45 because evidently Andrew backed up the fact that they both told me $55 from the beginning. Which is ridiculous since I was told it was free.
USE ANYWHERE ELSE - definitely not this location. Personally, I’m never using U-Haul again FOR ANYTHING.
$400 to have a 10’ truck for 6 days at $20 a day plus $1.10 a mile. RIDICULOUS.
