I was hoping to talk to somebody about opening my first credit card and called the number listed on their website to ask if they accept walk-ins and what the hours were. Bianca told me walk-ins were accepted, the hours are 9-5, and they don't close for lunch. I arrived and there was nobody there! I called back and a different representative told me that was wrong and they are by appointment only. If they cannot train their staff to give accurate information about something as simple as hours, I don't think I trust them with more sensitive and confidential information.

EDIT: went from 1*=>2*. distrust is my own and I own that... but the hours situation really disturbed me. I was appalled to receive such conflicting information but the Union did reach out afterward to try to remedy this.

I’m still waiting for a message back from the message center. Not sure if it’s the same if you go in person. Compared to my other banks this service is lagging it’s very disappointing.

Finally received a call : Via phone they were kind and helpful. It did take some days for them to call but I’m glad they were kind and helpful and really tried to solve my problem. That’s why I change my review to 3stars.

Can’t begin to say how frustrated we are by their nonresponsiveness and idiotic system. Definitely stay away from this credit union, especially if you’re dropping off your kid at college and expecting for them to be able to function.
