Be careful about buying a safe from this company. I purchased a custom double door safe from them about 10 year’s ago. I was sold on the 1/4 inch steel all the way around and the fact that it had a re-locking system in case the lock was punched. I was even told that they never put they re-locker in the same place so crooks couldn’t buy a safe from them and know where it’s was at.
So for ten years I thought I had the safest most well built safe in the country. That was until I wanted to replace my combination lock. After several attempts to have Visalia Safes do it, I finally found another lock smith to put one on.
To my surprise, when they pulled off the door backing I discovered my safe had no re-locking system whatsoever. Anyone with a sledge hammer and a cold chisel can get into this safe.
Before you take delivery of a safe from Visalia Safes, make them pull off the door backing and show you the re-locking system.

I bought my safe some 15 years ago at a gun show in San Jose, CA. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. They delivered the safe to my home, set it up and programmed in the combination for me. They moved the safe like 3 times in my garage until I was satisfied. I have NEVER had one single issue with my safe. I love it and depend on it every day for my personal collection as well as with those of my customers. I am here on the website in order to purchase another safe as that is how much I like the one I have now. My name is Ricardo Fagundes and I would highly recommend the product this company produces. Like I wrote above I'm back to purchase from them again. My business is getting large enough that I have to separate the business firearms from my own personal collections and projects.

I purchased a safe from Visalia Safes about 2 months ago for my husband for an early fathers day gift. He loves it.

They delivered it to the house and set it up in the room he wanted. They walked both of us on how to reset and use the dial combo which was entertaining to have them watch me mess up over and over.

Jen the manager helped me gauge how much safe I needed and the hubby wasn't disappointed. Glad everything worked out. She let me know they make things for the ladies to keep their jewelry, Cant wait for mothers day!

I have heard the safes are very good here however the customer service has been very disappointing my safe arrived with the hinges on the wrong side and the sales rep Jen insisted that I agreed to the hinges being on the wrong side however on my paperwork it had the hinges on the right side she therefore lied to me I am now concerned about the integrity of the safes themselves and disappointed for the lack of professionalism. Also if you have nice clean cement do not have them park on it because there truck leaks oil!!!

I BOUGHT ONE OF THEY'RE SAFES THREE YEARS AGO AND IT WORKED FINE UNTIL ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. THE ELECTRONIC LOCK STOPPED WORKING AND I FIGURED IT WAS THE BATTERY. I REPLACED THE BATTERY ONCE AND NOTHING CHANGED. I REPLACED IT AGAIN THINKING MAYBE I BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY THAT WAS BAD AND THE SAME. I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD TO PUT IN A RESET CODE. THE KEYPAD DIDN'T WORK SO HOW WAS I GOING THE PUT IN THE RESET CODE. IT WOULD ALLOW ME TO PUT IN 2 NUMBERS THEN GO DEAD. I ASKED IF THEY COULD SENT A TECH OUT TO FIX IT AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO CUT THE DOOR THEN REPAIR IT. I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR BOTH PROCEDURES AND THE LOCK WAS OUT OF WARRANTY 2 YEARS AGO SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT. BASICALLYI HAVE A $2700 DOLLAR PAPER WEIGHT THAT'S HOLDING 1000S OF DOLLARS WORTH OF GUNS AND AMMO AND I CAN'T GET INSIDE. WHEN YOU BUY A SAFE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THEIR WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT BEFORE BUYING. I USE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO PEOPLE WHERE I WORK. I WON'T BE ANYMORE.
