Greg was very professional in his communications and extremely prompt with his replies if he misses your call. Due to an opening in his schedule, he was able to see me last minute and get me back on the road headed home. The amount agreed-upon is the amount you pay, and he will work on the clear issues you stated as agreed to completion. Highly recommended.

Had some new brake pads and new rotors installed by Greg aka Watson Auto Services

- does the work in your own driveway

- very professional, everything was done on an iPad / text including payment

- licensed and legit

- very reasonable pricing

- very nice person

- test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was working well

- rechecked lug nuts after test drive

- took all trash / old parts and left the area clean like he was never there

- definitely knows his stuff with many years of experience as a mechanic

I would highly recommend Greg to do any work you may need done, I was extremely impressed with everything. He does any work that doesn’t involve putting the vehicle on a lift.

Back again for more repairs. You cannot find a more honest mechanic who goes above and beyond every time to make sure you get the repairs you need to be safe and running good, but also a heads up on what to expect in the future for needed maintenance. Very fair rates and a nice guy to boot!

We had transmission trouble with our Chevrolet pickup. Greg came out and diagnosed the specific issues and gave us lots of information that allowed us to make the best decision about the repair. The charge for his services was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend him.

Watson Auto Services was a life-saver. We were vacationing in the Redwoods when our check engine light came on. I called probably 10 other shops and none of them could get me in for a week or more, but Watson graciously offered to take a look at our vehicle after hours. Thanks to him, we were able to get the part we needed, get it replaced, and get back on the road with o ace of mind. He was kind, thoughtful, and took time to make sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. I can’t thank him enough for blessing us. He even texted the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working like he thought it was supposed to. Truly a great business to work with.

I called Greg on the recommendation from a local auto parts store. To echo what someone else said, it was the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly, knowledgeable and certified with all the latest diagnostic equipment right there in his large truck. He fixed my issue (fuel/air mixture-related) for much less than I expected and even test-drove with me afterwards to make sure. A++ for sure!
