Support is almost none exist. We put our money into bond but lost $10k of principle without withdrawing any money. Support can't not answer why and ask us to send email to general support group to get more detail on our account. Not sure we will continue to put money with them.

I love Wealthfront! Originally I used it just for automated investing (because I like it better than Betterment). Now I use it for everything from high yield savings to banking to stock investment to bond investment. It really has come a long way, and if not for the lack of physical branches and financial loan products, I would gladly move all my assets from Capital One and SoFi to Wealthfront instead. Better leave this card alone !!!!! I transferred money to it now I can’t get it out. !! I verified my identity like they wanted me to when I tried to transfer funds —- they said it wasn’t me !!! I linked my checking acct to transfer my money. They said it wasn’t me. !!!! So now they are holding my money hostage and I’ll probably have to get the state dept of insurance involved. Idk.
Just don’t sign up for this card is all I can tell you. Something else is going on here and it’s not normal business practices.

Wealthfront has horrible service. I put in for a wire and it finally went through 2 days later!!! Isn't the point of a wire to get there quick. Will not be using them anymore. All banks suck and wealthfront is definitely not an exception!!!

My wife and I have appreciated the investment philosophy and the low-cost of investment that comes with Wealthfront. But I would caution anyone that tries to make a Roth IRA using their website. Problems developed because of a lack of options. They blamed us, they blamed our bank. And in the end, they were never helpful with customer service. They never returned our calls. Every time we called or emailed, it was like groundhog day. They had no recollection of what had happened before. Finally, they turned down the potential for more than $1 million in their accounts with us and just cancelled our account. They charged to $15 just to send back are money to our bank. Keep it simple or you will become extremely frustrated with their service.

Iori should be fired worst customer service I’ve ever received and they wrongfully terminated my account as well. These guys won’t be around much longer, leave while you can. Edit 9/2022: UBS called off their acquisition of these guys, because they are a shady and wrongful business. The company is ran by two guys who have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!

After promoting and liking this company they can lock your account and deny you access to your own money with no explanation or reason or ANY details and then hang up on you. I URGE anyone thinking about investing choose any other company. This makes me sick to my stomach how little they care.

I unfortunately had an investment account with wealthfront for 16 months and ultimately transferred everything out because of their political promotions. wealthfront promotes and financially supports leftist politics including their main charity that seeks to create a "more evenly distributed workforce" regardless of an individual's qualifications or performance. No one thinks the NBA should seek or be required to have a "more even distribution, or match the population percentages of race and gender groups" among its players. I emailed customer service and questioned their multiple promotions of leftist politics, and customer support didn't respond because I think they're cowards that want to look good. Please do not fund wealthfront and their leftist ideologies that harm our world.
