Needed an emergency repair done on an RV. After getting turned down by another company, I called Woods, and the owner informed me they do not work on RVs, but he chose to help me out anyways. He sent a guy to us within a couple hours, which we were amazed by. Alex was our tech and did amazing! Our toilet is no longer clogged. Everyone I talked to was super friendly. Excellent friendly service -Highly recommend.
We had many issues in the manufactured
Home that was built 30 + years ago. Alex came out and literally solved each problem in a very efficient way. Removal of toilet, cleaning, installing new toilet and supply lines, repair of shower leak.
He also fixed a second toilet that we had been trying to fix for a week - he of course did it in under 30 minutes.
All while being super friendly .
And when we went to Ace hardware in CC , Alex talked with the sales guy to make sure we got the right part. Some guys can have the attitude that you’re a silly woman if you don’t know the names of things, so I can’t say enough how respectful and helpful our experience was.
So grateful they came out to Klamath Glen .

Woods Plumbing doesn't back their work, and professes to not know how to get in contact with the plumbers that they dispatch to you. I request help with a plugged sink, repair of a ruptured sewer line, and difficulty with shutting off the faucet to the kitchen sink.

The faucet wasn't repaired at all, the plugged sink appears to have been unplugged, and the ruptured sewer line appears to have been done wrong. The ruptured sewer line is not code, not buried 18" below the ground, and now has a plastic junction sticking out of the ground which potentially is a lawn mower hazard. Additionally the line is too high, and more likely to channel water into the bathtub.

Woods refuses to repair the faucet, nor redo the ruptured sewer line. The excuse I received is that their plumber is not returning phone calls. Woods has no problem charging for this, and offered me $53 credit out of more than a $600 bill. It sounds like Ricardo doesn't even know the people he is dispatching. Regardless, its his responsibility to have people that properly install pipes to code, etc.

I have had three experiences with Woods over the past 10 years, and two of them have been bad. The first experience was a plumber who tried to sell me a whole new bathroom faucet set instead of changing washers for a leaky faucet. The difference in price was literally $400 vs $90.

I’m trying to fast step this app. What I can tell you about Woods, plumbing is in the one and a half years that I have requested their service. They have been amazingly responsive. Their service providers think outside the box. What novices consider overwhelmingly frustrations they come in And respond with out of the box thinking and amazing complex They apologize when necessary but their results are anything but amazing. Good people great results I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent, super fast service! While others had a week or two before I could be scheduled, Woods got us taken care of within 24 hours! Service tech was very friendly, respectful, communicative, and quick. 2 toilet angle stop valves and hoses were installed in 20 minutes or so. My new go-to plumbers!!!!
