Visited the store a couple times. First person on day 1 tried to help and was not able to, but was at least nice and courteous. During that visit, there was a big group of employees talking that disappeared to the back room when customers came in. It was weird. The person helping me said the manager was in the back but couldn't help. The second visit was another person at the desk and he did not finish listening to the few words I said before walking off to talk to his manager, returning, and said he could not help. The guy was incredibly rude the whole time (would not even make eye contact) and refused to get the assistant manager even though it was obvious the person I was speaking with had no knowledge of the subject matter he was talking about. I was trying to give the store the benefit of the doubt, thinking the horrible reviews were just overblown, but no... stay away. It's terrible. Go somewhere else. If you don't know what you're doing, I wouldn't trust them for your best interests (as another review mentioned they overheard bad advice being given). Go somewhere else.

Stopped in twice. The first time we were already frustrated with Xfinity the company, with the upselling, lies, and hours on the phone to customer service. We had gotten good service at the Santa Fe, NM store, and that first time into the Davis store, the staff was as helpful as they could be and we were pleased with the support from manager Jordan, who gave us his card. Then, this week, with our problems having gone from bad to worse (long story short: the online team upsold us and lied to us about upgrading mobile service and devices) the manager HID in the back of the store. He KNEW we were there, we waited for over an hour while he was "in a meeting" then another hour when he was supposedly "on the toilet". Worse than a preschool child! He knew why we were there and there was no chance to make any commission so what was the point of helping us? Salesperson Cody and another colleague whose name we didn't get were helpful, but there is only so much non-managers can do. We feel so sorry for any Xfinity employee who isn't an immature, lying child and must deal with colleagues like this manager, Jordan Watson. To be clear, Comcast is to blame for the horrible corporate structure which creates a work climate and incentive system which ends up with employees who cheat and lie to their customers. We have lost HOURS of our time dealing with this "great deal" and will end up with a worse mobile situation than we started with!

Avoid this horrible store with very poor service. The staff has very little knowledge but will happily sell you whatever they have in stock, whether suitable for your needs or not. They will bait you with promotions that are suddenly unavailable. The manager won't come out from the back room to discuss an issue with the customer. I don't blame the staff so much, it's the poor management. No wonder there are so few customers in the store and employees sitting around doing nothing. Sales is a process of knowledgeable staff helping the customer find good solutions. That is why customers walk into Xfinity stores like this rather than transacting online. But this store is a waste of time.

We changed to Xfinity from another carrier. We got a "great" deal if we brought our phones. Three out of our own phones activated easily but not my husband's. Over 10 hours of useless effort he is still without a working phone. They told us they could so nothing for us except have him buy a new phone which eliminates the "great" deal when bringing our phones. Bad taste in my mouth for Xfinity so we are now looking elsewhere. I'd you want to keep our business please have someone contact that can help us with a resolution.

I don’t trust this store to provide their service in an ethical manner. When I visited on 8/28, the store agent was very shady. He to sell people who didn’t know any better products they don’t need. One person next to me said they aren’t sure what they wanted, and he seized on this to make the decision for her, including purchasing a gigabit plan and making hard to understand claims about reducing the price. I think he did this through adding extra services to the plan and counting the discount on the main plan as reducing the price, even though the whole bill cost more. I overheard the customer next to me saying that he added a landline to the plan, which they didn’t want. Even though I was very clear I knew exactly what I wanted, he pushed me hard to get gigabit and wouldn’t tell me straight what it cost until I pressed him very hard. Customers want honest sales agents. I don’t feel good about my decision to buy xfinity because of the sales agent. And now I feel the need to carefully monitor my bill in case the student discount or other things he promised don’t come through. Do better and treat your customers with honesty.

terrible customer service. The store had trash all over the floor and the employees were more interested in lounging on the counter and watching tv than they were in helping and greeting customers. I got the feeling that I was interrupting something important as soon as I stepped into the store. Both times I've been in there, the employees seemed like they didn't want to help me with my issues. I may hafta see what my other internet options are down the road....

Beware!!!
They are a franchise store. Not a corporate store.

If you have to do Xfinity, do it online or nearby others.

They give me landline and lie to me it is free. I just sign up for internet but they did more by adding a landline

When I got back, they never admit it!

They will lie to you, make you pay more, and keep lying.

Definitely avoid at all cost!

This is my review about the Davis store (not the Comcast Internet service) where I received incredible customer service. I can feel intimidated and in over my head when shopping for my technology needs. Christian was incredibly kind and helpful and never once condescending (which younger tech reps can sometimes be). Christian explained to me in a way I could understand why I had to replace my Fire Box with a Xumo Box in order to replace my TV remote (my purpose for coming to the store). He wrote down the basic instructions for me so I would not forget once I brought the box and remote home. His was truly above-and-beyond service; very helpful. I wish more tech stores would hire such persons.
