Absolutely the WORST credit union I have ever done business with. Extremely rude customer service agents-specifically Danni and Priscilla. Lack of transparency and communication regarding customer affairs, and overall, very distasteful service. Would recommend Golden One, University, or Travis Credit Union.

If you're looking for a bank/credit union, I would not recommend transfering your money to this credit union. It is understaffed by nice, customer-service-oriented persons who have long lines waiting to reach their counter. Yolo Federal Credit Union did the worst technology “update" of their system and after 11 months still says it will be repaired. You can no longer view past checks that have been deposited by the receiver (and Yolo Federal charges $20/hr to look for the check you want found without guaranteeing their system can find it). Other basic things: no one picked up the phone when I called the Davis branch with a question. So I went there with my question and stood in line with two other persons in line for the same reason: no one picked up their calls. Their staff was unaware that calls were not incoming and had little reaction when notified. Customer service is polite, but basic banking matters (like housing and locating your checks that the receiver deposited) seems beyond their system.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent, wait times for every single transaction are exorbitant. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this financial institution unless you want to have a nervous breakdown.

Nice people but really slow teller service. Almost never more than one. So if you want in person banking, make sure you have plenty of time to spare. Maybe that's just the way all banks are doing it now but I miss the days of real service.

The team at Yolo FCU in Davis, CA is awesome. They treat all the members as if they are family and my experience with them was nothing short of spectacular! I would recommend them to everyone I know!
