We recently purchased a vehicle from out of state here. I was impressed with the friendliness immediately. Quan was so kind and answered all of my questions over the phone. He proactively sent me a video of the vehicle within 10 minutes of my first call, pointing out each of the features that I’d asked about. He followed up with me consistently, but he was never pushy or annoying about it. The night before delivery, he even sent me a video of the car as they were detailing it which got me even more excited. The dealership was very accommodating and easy to work with! Absolutely the best car buying experience of my lifetime. Clarance Hall was amazing and had exceptional knowledge of the brand. He guided us through the process easily and with care. My family had the pleasure of working with Leonard Jean-Louis while purchasing a new vehicle. It was an absolute 5 star experience from the moment we first started with Mr. Jean-Louis. I recently purchased a brand new 2025 GLE 350, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Quan, my car sales agent, was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the entire process seamless. Quan understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me get into my dream SUV at the price I wanted.

I also want to give a shoutout to Kevin, the finance manager, who was equally fantastic. He made the financing process smooth and stress-free.

If you're looking for a professional, no-nonsense team that delivers, I highly recommend Quan and Kevin. They truly made this a five-star experience!
