Store hours are 9am to 5pm and closed on the weekends. Everyone is at work during these hours and unable to go to the store while it's open.
Their alterations work has bad stiching and embroidery and will fall apart on you. Also all sales are final here.

Great customer service with good turn around times. I only wish supply with certain sizes of uniforms weren't an issue at times but it's understandable. This is definitely my preferred store to do any type of uniform related shopping for work.

I spent $1100. About 1.5 months later I brought back a pair of pants that I never wore. I later brought back another item, both needed tags, and otherwise were shelf-ready, never used/washed/worn. I was given a hard time about EXCHANGING the items. I didn't want my money back. I just wanted to exchange them. I was scrutinized and told, "OK, but this is the last time."

No, they didn't have to accept them, I guess. Nor do I need to shop there. One of their competitors was offering cheaper deals on some items, but I wanted to support local small business. I wished them to profit over Amazon and other competitors, so I forewent the savings.

No longer. "Hello, competition!! Hello, Amazon!!"

The worst customer service. They employ uneducated front desk staff with zero business skills and customer service skills. Overpriced with poor service. They won’t be in business long. Note to the girl answering the phones there: If you don’t like your minimum wage job, go back to school so you can get a better one.

I have never left a bad review in my life, but this place deserves it. Worst customer service ever! No manners and the ladies that work here are very rude. I expected their service to be more professional since they sell uniforms to professional people that serve to protect, but I was wrong. This will be the last time I buy anything from this place. Their service is bad and they do a horrible job with uniforms. Would highly recommend going to another uniform store that knows what they are doing like Sacramento Uniforms Store or Blumenthal Uniforms they have better customer service skills and they know what they are doing.

Bad customer service. The young lady with the glasses and lime green tipped nails up front was rude. Seemed like she hated being there and being asked questions. Didn't seem very knowledgeable on what I needed. Went to Curtis Blue Line instead and was treated much better and got everything I needed.

I have shopped here at the uniform store , about 5 times total and have the staff very helpful when it comes to questions regarding uniforms and Sam Browne equipment. The prices are industry standard.
