Called them on a Saturday and explained I was in a emergency and needed a dryer. The gentleman went out of his way and was able to help me pick it up the same day and explain to me how to get it connected and all. I highly recommend this company. They seem to really care about their customers needs.

I work for a small cnc shop. I was having overheating issues with my VSD and standalone compressor. Eric answered the phone and got Rob out the very next afternoon. Showed up and figured out why it was overheating within 20minutes, while our previous air specialists just tried up upsell us on a new compressor. For several years now, Air-Vac has been taking care of the compressed air system at our organization. We recently completed a project with them to add compressed-air power in two new areas, and I thought it was a good example of working with them.

From planning through completion, we had good communication with the estimators, field technicians, and salespeople. We had a few hiccups along the way, but good communication sorted them out in short order and, where they were responsible, they made things right at their expense. We were able to make in-process modifications to details of the job without a hassle, and when COVID swept through their crew they kept us updated on how long the job was going to be paused.

If I were to offer any constructive criticism, it would be that the field technicians carry very little extra materials on their trucks, which sometimes forced us to choose between waiting for a return trip, or completing the day's work in a way that was less than ideal. This includes basic items like reducing bushings and air chucks.

I called Air Vac Systems and another air compressor repair company a couple of weeks ago when my compressor quit working. The first company said they would get back to me to let me know when they would be able to send someone out. Air Vac said they could send someone the following morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had us up and running in a couple of days. Eric, in the office, was very helpful, and their technician, Rob, definitely knows compressor repair. Both were professional and a pleasure to work with. Repair costs were very reasonable. The other company I called, finally called back after 5 days to set an appointment. Highly recommend Air Vac Systems.

I've been using Air Vac for quite a few years.
They have always been very responsive to emergency that can pop-up from time to time.
The service plan that I have with them has been great cause my units have a lot of hours on them and the service plan that I have with them has prevented us from having downtime. I recently bought a new direct drive compressor from them and was so happy with it I purchased another one and will continue to purchase them until I've replaced all of the older ones I have. My contact with Scott has been great. He is always mindfully of cost and will keep you up to date as to what's going on so there's no surprised. I Highly recommend Air Vac for All of your Compressor needs.

This company is a life saver. I called them out and they responded within the hour. They were responsive and repaired my equipment. My air compressor was down for one of my buildings,they arrived on site started working immediately and extremely efficient. I would also like to add they cleaned up after the work was completed. The technician that came out name was Scott. I would recommend them to anyone for service or repairs.

We purchased a dental vacuum machine from Air Vac Systems, Inc. The installer made an advance visit to check out the install location a day before the install. He arrived on time the day of the install. He was extremely efficent and had us up and running in less than ninety minutes. Scott Miller made sure all the small details were taken care of and walked me through the purchase of the right machine and handled all the details with the factory. We are extremely pleased with the whole process.
