Grant Hardware is definitely the hardware store you want to go to. The staff is friendly and helpful and happy to assist you with your home improvement or repair needs. They are a great community hardware store that carries everything from plumbing, electrical and tools to cleaning supplies, garden tools, paint, pet food and more. If they don't have what you need I bet they can get it for you! If you're in Foresthill you should definitely stop by here and check out their new Bear mascot!

Grant’s Hardware is a part of the infrastructure in our town! Just can't say enough how great this place is. They are so kind and helpful everytime anyone in my family needs help. Prices are very competitive even all the way up the hill. They also just have a little of everything. Stores like this make living in the country possible. Thanks

I can usually find exactly what I need there and the staff are wonderful with helping. Keep the money on the divide and visited Grants!

Updated: the knowledgeable staff are what make this place great as well as being friendly. Picked up a few items today, Jim asked about my kids and we chatted for a while. A nice end to a long day.

Very helpful and curtious staff. A little bit more pricey then a franchise, but a good selection. The convenience of not having to make the 17 mile drive back to Auburn or Colfax more then makes up for the minutely inflated prices. Besides its good to support local mom&pop business. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish they would invest in a website to list inventory.
