Max at ground control provides exceptional customer service. I came as a second hand customer, and he generously and patiently guided me through the setup my car had from the previous owner of my vehicle. Max was very knowledgeable about my dated setup and eager to make sure I was making the right choice for my vehicle when I asked about replacing parts / reconverting back to stock despite my many questions. I would highly recommend working with Ground Control based on this experience.

Regarding product, the vehicle I own had been driving on their coilover setup for nearly 8 years and some 50k miles before anything began to wear with a good amount of that on bad Chicagoland streets. I'm no expert, but I'm going to rate the product as recommendable as well.

Wasted 5 weeks trying to buy parts and they won't reply or send me an invoice.

I reached out July 1st looking to buy bearings and coilovers. They needed some time to check inventory and I didn't hear back. I kept reaching out by call or email every 5 days or so. When they said theyd make an invoice so I can pay, they never did (the parts aren't on the website). They said the bearings are being made. I reached out multiple times and no one will reply.

I was patient, understanding, and have cash in hand. I know you guys get busy, but I've been trying to give you my money for over a month. What gives?

Update 8/28:
They did reach out and said "[the machinists] are probably machining the parts tomorrow (8/13)". I've replied within 24 hours to every question they've had.
2 more weeks, no updates.

I said I'm willing to update the review and work with them.
Instead of making the parts, they've decided to try to take my review down.
I'd genuinely like to turn this into a 4 or 5 star review. Please just make the parts. It's been 2 months total now.

Just wanted to share my thoughts and experiences with these S550 camber plates from Ground Control.
These were made to order so lead time was about 2 weeks from order to door step.

They do keep some in stock depending on your application!
The machine work and anodized finish is very nice quality 👌

For install it's very straight forward.
Recommend having a professional shop do the work unless you have the necessary tools and safety equipment as well as getting the stock strut to knuckle bolts out can be difficult for some because they are a spline press fit.

Once installed and on the alignment rack adjustments can be made with FULL weight of the car on these with ease!

For full range of adjustments I do recommend opening up the strut tower opening there are various tools and methods for this.

With stock lower control arms you will have full range from just shy of 0 camber to -3 depending on your springs and ride hight.
With SPL Front lower control arms I was able to achieve -3.6
Another benefit to these is the vast amount if Caster adjustment available if needed!

So what can you expect after installation is complete? A improvement in responsive steering feel and control with only minor increase in harness due to the spherical bearing vs stock rubber mount.
Best part of all? MADE IN AMAERICA AND YOU GET STICKERS IN THE BOX! 😆

I've been dealing with these guys since 2000s. Never had issues till now. Ground Control try to send my package to wrong address although I typed in the address during online order. Never really help me solve the problem and told me that I'll eventually get my package. I end up calling UPS 4 times to correct my address. Really bad customer service and takes a long time to ship it out too.
