What a fantastic experience with Daryl in the parts department. He was so knowledgeable about the parts needed and was able to provide most all the parts on the spot! He was also able to look up part numbers and translate that into exactly what I needed.
The parts department here has a large inventory of factory OEM parts in stock. I know how important it is for the life of the car as well as the value of original manufacturer parts for my AMG G63 and my G550.

I can’t speak highly enough of this dealership, specifically our sales consultant Sam, and our amazing financing consultant, Rosa. We drove from out of state on a prayer that we would get a fair deal on our trade-in, our purchase, and our financing. We got that, and then some. I didn’t buy a Mercedes from here, which is also a testament, since I tend to lean BMW-certified.

Firstly, they prepared as much as possible in advance, knowing we’d have a 4 hour haul home. Secondly, they were very accommodating and not pushy, and met us at a healthy price point. Rosa was absolutely unbelievable; I thought she was joking when she showed me the rate she got me, despite current interest rates. She used my credit score to get me an outrageous deal (better than what BMW was offering on their certified, used inventory!)

The facility is state of the art, neat, well kept, and the inventory is very large. Most importantly… the service didn’t end when we drove off with my new car. All my follow ups were addressed in a timely fashion, and with efficiency.

I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. This was the most efficient, fair, car purchasing experience of my life thus far, and I felt like I was being advocated for, not like anyone was trying to gouge me. I put down a chunk of cash and no one tried to shove GAP insurance down my throat since it wouldn’t have made sense.

I believe this place is as large and successful as it is because they focus on long-term loyalty in place of making a buck. Next time I need a new vehicle, they will be the first I call!

Searched for months for a certified pre-owned, late model, low mileage, GLS580 with light interior, AMG exterior package, and massaging seats. We visited or called five other MB dealerships with no luck whatsoever.

I was fortunate to call MB of Fayetteville on a Friday and talk with Ty who told me he had one. I couldn’t get there Saturday so he invited me to come in Sunday. When I showed he pulled around a car that looked almost brand new! Just beautiful inside and out.

I’ve since purchase the two-year extended warranty so the vehicle will have a combined 7-years/100,000 miles of manufacturers warranty. When you experience their service department you’ll understand why you want to bring your car there.

My wife thoroughly enjoys driving this vehicle which is great for me as I have my eye on these folks nabbing me a used AMG GT in the future. Wouldn’t everyone?

I am a long time car guy so the changes in landscape of the automotive industry have not been well received by me. “Local Market Pricing”, inventory constraints, and the general lack of customer service have been disappointing to say the least.

I've been shopping for a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC for almost a month since my Lexus was totaled in an accident. And when I say shopping I mean it - shopping at MB dealers across the US. Erin invested time in truly getting to know me as a customer and greater, took the time to discover what my needs were. Erin didn’t try to steer me to a car simply to close a deal and make a sale. Rather, upon discovering what I truly wanted, Erin located the GLC on my behalf. We had a candid, transparent discussion on price and agreed in principle before she secured the car. Every aspect of the transaction was seamless and transparent – there were no surprises. And, Erin stayed in contact with me during the entire process.

Dylan Graham assisted once I arrived to pick up the GLC. Dylan, too, was a consummate professional in every respect and spent a great deal of time walking through all the amazing features of the new GLC. Finance Manager Kendrick Davis had all paperwork prepared and ready to close the business side of the deal. He too was professional in all respects - no high pressure sales tactics, no surprises. Without question, the easiest, most efficient car -buying experience in more than 20 years. Mercedes-Benz Fayetteville has a customer for life.
