Words can’t express the peace of mind I received from Gene in the service department as minute by minute he texted up dates , quotes, suggestions and offered the best solutions. I was treated like Royalty and have already booked my next appointment in two weeks for more work that I was unaware that also needed to be taken care of if not treated now would have cost me thousands more in repairs.10 out of 10 as well to the cashiers that handled all payments over the phone throughout the process so all I had to do was just get my freshly washed car being warmed up outside waiting on me ..Michelle Manning

Visit for service to check batteries that had not been replaced in over seven years. Gene Walker took good care of us. As expected, batteries were at end of life. They installed new batteries and had us ready to go a little later in the day. Also did a great job with the complimentary car wash. Good visit!

Gene was fantastic.
I did not have an appointment but stopped by because I had a nail in my tire and was losing pressure. He immediately took the care back and indicated that it may be an hour or so. That was fine with me. As I waited I heard Gene indicate to another person waiting that they had their car ready and also installed wiper blades. It reminded me that I needed Wiper blades as well. I sent him a message and he immediately responded they could take care of that also .
I left there with my tire fixed, wiper blades, and a care wash.
I was so excited as I was just hoping to get my tire fixed!!!!!!

Excellent customer service from the salesman. He located the exact vehicle I wanted in a reasonable amount of time.
He took the time to explain all the complex features and was very thorough.

My only wish is that the service department treats me the same. I believe they will and then I can add the fifth star.
