I’m so amazed at the selection, and have to say Peggy had excellent customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. I’m definitely returning to get a better sewing machine and gather more of her knowledge!

Me and my family have been taking our vacuums here To be serviced for many years period I have an old Dyson vacuum and it has lasted at me a very long time.Because they help me maintain it. They are very honest. when I think my vacuum is broken, they don't try and sell me a new one, They just advise me my filters and vacuum need to be cleaned. I drop it off and boom! 2 days later it's ready to be picked up.
$40 and it's brand new again.

DO NOT.... I repeat DO NOT go to this place (the one in El Cajon) to get your sewing machine serviced!!! I called them on March 14 and spoke to Tina and asked if they service Janome sewing machines. She said they did. We had a very nice chat and told her I would bring in my machine for service. When I arrived, I told a different employee what was wrong with it and how it was performing. Anyways, I got a call later saying what needed to be adjusted and after spending $125, I took it home. I tried to sew two pieces of cotton fabric together and the bobbin side wouldn't latch. Basically, the sewn thread easily pulled out. I decided to take it somewhere else, even though this place has a 90 day warranty. Why would I want to take my machine back to them when they didn't fix it the first time Anyways, after taking it to a different place, La Mesa Sew & Vac, they opened up my machine and called me with a laundry list of things that were either done incorrectly or not done at all. For example, some of the felt pads were completely bone dry and the gadget that holds the needle was adjusted incorrectly. They said it looked like the other place didn't even open up the bottom of my machine because there was lint and there was thread tangled up in the gears. The tech fixed everything that was done incorrectly and was not done at all and spent $168 with them, which was money well spent! So, today I went back to Sew Pros and pleaded my case. It was me against 3 employees and I lost, big time! I even had pictures to show them (I posted them. Check them out.) of what the other place found -- the lint and thread wound up in the gears. Sew Pros tech accused me of purposely adding that to the machine before I took pictures. The lady that I saw first asked me how I paid for the service (debit card) so I went to the car to get my debit card. I would have been happy to pay them for the service call, but I wanted most of my money back. So when I returned, that's when the confrontation with their tech occurred and I didn't get a dime back. The lady said I threatened them (really) which I didn't. Bottom line--- DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I don't know how those employees sleep at night, knowing they treat customers so poorly. And I had to rate them a one star in order to get my review to post. They deserve ZERO stars.

We have a 38-year old Viking Husqvarna 980 Sewing Machine w/ memory boards with a power-lift in a walnut? wood console cabinet. This was an expen$I’ve wedding present for my wife 38-years ago. After 20-years of not using & turning on, it smoked, crackled & buzzed. We brought it in to Sew Pros store on East Mission Bay Drive in Pacific Beach for their service technician to assess the following day. Andy, one of their sales representatives, was there on this day and decided to take a quick look at prior to the service technician on the following day. Andy took it to the back of the store, cleaned the spider webs out and oiled. He plugged it in, turned it on & it worked like a charm. And there was no need to leave it for the service technician the following day. Andy, thank you, you are a bright & shining star 🌟 !!!

If you need your machine serviced or fixed you will not find a more receptive,
knowledgeable, and kind business. I brought my Dream Machine 2 in for for service and a problem. Rose was so reassuring and helpful. I left my machine feeling very comfortable. Stuart was working on my machine and called to give me details. I was once again comfortable. I came in to pick up the machine and met Peggy Peggy is so knowledgeable she went over things on my machine that I have never learned. So kind and fun. I have had the best experience with Sew Pros in El Cajon. My Machine is back to perfect !!! Linda Garcia

My Mom's sewing machine wasn't sewing right. The lady who owns the place knew right away the wrong thread was being used. She tried thread specifically for sewing machine use, and gave it a test run. I bought some thread for my Mom. I paid cash. I honestly feel bad using a credit card at a small business for a small purchase. They're very helpful and accommodating there. Five star review for sure.

Pro's Sewing and Vacuum, gave me a very honest services. They fixed my 22 years old Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner and it is running as good as new.
They charged me a very reasonable price. I would go back to them again and recommend them to my friends and families.
