I recently toured this incredible property in Pasadena with Eli, who was extremely helpful and efficient during the showing. The property is immaculate, set in a peaceful, greenery-filled environment with plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces for relaxation or working from home.

The amenities are top-notch, including an updated gym, ample parking, and a dog-friendly setup complete with a washing station and enclosed outdoor area for pets. There are multiple private workspaces and hosting areas throughout the building, making it ideal for both personal and professional needs. The mountain views from any apartment are stunning, and each unit is bright, open, and equipped with in-unit washer and dryer. Additionally, it’s just an 8-minute drive from downtown and within walking distance of several stores and coffee! I am looking forward to move in soon.

I recently moved in to Rinrose and the management team made our move in seamless and were so helpful. From scheduling our move in date, answering questions, and helping us reserve the elevator to move items up to our floor easily, they did it all. Jasmine was such a huge help and Eli would check in as we moved in. Since moving in, we've met David, the maintenance supervisor, and he has been quick in scheduling and repairing any minor work orders. He was alwTs friendly and polite and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. The property is beautiful and relaxing. They provide residents with experiences, such as the Salsa Night they recently had, which was fun and a great opportunity to meet neighbors and get to know the management team.

I love coming to The RinRose to visit my friend. Every time I walk in, the manager, Jasmine, always greets me with a smile. This property is gorgeous! They have a living plant wall in the middle of the lobby and a relaxing waterfall in the courtyard. I highly recommend making this place your new home!

I walked into Rinrose to visit family and was warmly greeted by a staff member, David Leyba. He kindly pointed me in the direction to their apartment and even showed me the gym when I asked about it. Their facilities and amenities are stunning and the staff is incredible- they are kind, inviting, and make this complex seem like a true home. They hosted a salsa night for all their residents and the community they brought together was wonderful! Overall, a great apartment for anyone looking in the Pasadena area.
